Las Colinas de Nagüeles is a newly completed, 155.000 m2 urbanization within a 216.000 m2 Planning Sector in the Town of Marbella. The Sector´s Master Plan ("Plan Parcial de Ordenación") was approved by the City of Marbella on February 3, 1999, while the Urbanization Project ("Proyecto de Urbanización") was approved on September 17, 1999. The Construction Permit for the roads and infrastructure was granted on December 1, 2000.
