Las Colinas - Villa Contruction Style

It is the intention of the Las Colinas de Nagüeles development team to protect this unique location by following a number of  basic construction rules for each plot. These rules will complement local planning and zoning regulations.

These rules will include:
Old arab ceramic tile roofing
Rustic stucco finishes in facades
Minimum and discreet ornamentation
Exterior walls in stone or stucco
Natural colors in exteriors
Low, stepped back retaining walls
Low, lanscaped partition walls
Indigenous plants in gardens
